Donors

All the products that have been collected during a campaign will be delivered at the end of the campaign.

Your donations will be reflected, sometimes the platform takes time to update, you can check back in an hour, if the issue still remains you can contact us directly or raise a ticket.

When you donate to the Giveza , you are making an unrestricted donation to support the Giveza’s mission, including to provide tools and support the people in need. 

Fundraisers

You will receive an update via mail when someone contributes for the fundraiser you have started.

Subscription based campaigns are not eligible for one time donation. These campaigns only accepts monthly subscription donations

Yes, you can. There is no problem in starting a fundraiser on Giveza even if you have already started campaign on another platform.

Yes, starting a fundraiser is on Giveza easy, you just have to give the fundraiser a name, the cause you want to start a fundraiser for and the amount you want to raise.

Once you have requested to stop the donation on your fundraiser, our team will disable the donate button, even though you will still be able to see your page but no further donation will come through.

Membership

When you donate monthly to Giveza, you are making a investment towards the betterment in the lives of people that are in need, Contributing monthly can help these people.

To become a member, log in to your account, go to the “Subscription” or “Membership” section in your profile settings, and choose a subscription plan that suits your needs. Follow the prompts to complete the subscription process securely.

Yes, you have the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time without any long-term commitment. Simply go to your profile settings, locate the membership section, and follow the cancellation instructions.
